Our Maintenance Plan Terms & Conditions
Bob Larson Plumbing Membership Plan Terms & Conditions
By enrolling in a Bob Larson Plumbing Membership Plan, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Membership Benefits
Membership benefits are available only while the membership is active and in good standing. Benefits include applicable evaluation-fee savings, member discounts, priority service, extended warranties, and annual maintenance services as outlined in the selected membership plan. The membership must be in the name of the current homeowner.
Member Discounts
Members receive up to 10% off eligible services and repairs. Discounts may not be combined with other offers or promotions unless otherwise stated.
Annual Maintenance Visit
Membership includes one annual plumbing maintenance visit consisting of the inspections and maintenance services applicable to the customer’s home and equipment. Services are subject to equipment condition, accessibility, installation conditions, and manufacturer requirements.
For qualifying tank-style water heaters, the annual maintenance visit includes a water heater flush when the equipment and installation conditions allow*.
For tankless water heaters, the complimentary flush/descaling and full water heater inspection become available beginning in the 11th month of continuous membership*. Any tankless water heater flush or descaling requested before the 11th month of membership will be charged at Bob Larson Plumbing’s regular service price minus your 10% membership discount pricing. *See “Exclusions” section below for further details.
Priority Service
Active members receive scheduling priority over non-members. Priority service does not guarantee same-day service or a specific appointment time and is subject to technician availability, weather, emergencies, and other operating conditions.
Extended Warranties
Eligible repairs and installations performed by Bob Larson Plumbing while the customer is an active member may receive extended warranty coverage as provided by the membership plan. Extended warranty benefits are contingent upon the membership remaining active and in good standing. Cancellation or lapse of the membership voids any membership-based extended warranty coverage. Manufacturer warranties, when applicable, remain subject to the manufacturer’s own terms and conditions.
Automatic Renewal & Payment
Memberships automatically renew according to the payment option selected at enrollment. Monthly memberships will continue to be billed monthly, and annual memberships will renew annually, unless canceled.
The customer authorizes Bob Larson Plumbing to charge the payment method on file for recurring membership fees until the membership is canceled.
Membership benefits may be suspended or terminated if payment cannot be processed or the account becomes past due, including the voiding of extended warranties.
Cancellation & Refunds
Memberships may be canceled at any time. Upon cancellation, future recurring membership payments will stop. Membership payments already made are non-refundable, including any unused portion of an annual membership. Members on the monthly payment plan will be charged the difference of their given membership discount if it exceeds the value of membership payments already made.
Cancellation terminates membership benefits, including member pricing, priority service, future complimentary maintenance services, and membership-based extended warranty coverage.
Scheduling
Bob Larson Plumbing may contact members by phone, text, or email regarding annual maintenance and other membership benefits. Members are responsible for scheduling and using their included annual maintenance services. Unused annual maintenance services have no cash value.
Repairs & Additional Work
The membership is a preventive maintenance plan and does not include the cost of repairs, replacement equipment, parts, code corrections, modifications, or other services unless specifically listed as a membership benefit. Any recommended additional work will be presented to the customer for approval before being performed.
Access & Existing Conditions
The customer is responsible for providing reasonable access to plumbing fixtures and equipment. Certain maintenance services may not be performed if equipment is inaccessible, unsafe, improperly installed, lacks required service connections, or if performing the service could reasonably damage the equipment or plumbing system.
Bob Larson Plumbing is not responsible for pre-existing conditions or concealed plumbing issues discovered during inspection or maintenance.
Changes to Membership
Bob Larson Plumbing reserves the right to modify membership pricing, benefits, or these terms with reasonable notice to active members.
Membership benefits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and apply only to the enrolled property unless otherwise approved by Bob Larson Plumbing.
Exclusions
There are circumstances in which a water heater flush may not be recommended or may be unable to be safely performed. Bob Larson Plumbing reserves the right to decline or discontinue a water heater flush based on the age, condition, installation, accessibility, or overall integrity of the water heater and its components, as determined by the BLP technician on a case-by-case basis.
A flush may be excluded when, but not limited to:
The age or condition of the water heater creates an increased risk of leaking, failure, or damage during or following the flush.
The drain valve, shutoff valve, piping, connections, or other components are damaged, corroded, seized, leaking, inaccessible, or otherwise unsuitable for safely performing the service.
The water heater has significant existing deterioration, corrosion, leakage, or other conditions indicating that flushing could cause or accelerate a failure.
The unit or installation does not have the necessary service connections or access required to properly perform the flush or descaling service.
The water heater or its installation presents a safety concern or condition that should be repaired or corrected before maintenance is performed.
The manufacturer does not recommend the proposed maintenance procedure for the particular equipment or condition.
Other circumstances as determined by your technician.
If Bob Larson Plumbing determines that a complimentary water heater flush cannot safely or reasonably be performed, the flush will be omitted from the membership maintenance visit and has no cash, credit, or substitute service value.
