Bob Larson Plumbing’s office hours are 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with standard service hours between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Saturday. All employees must be available to work between these hours on a full-time basis. Service personnel are expected to work in excess of 40 hours per week during periods of high demand, and must be willing to work on an on-call basis from time to time for emergency availability.
All new hires must provide documentation verifying their right to work in the United States, as well as be willing to submit themselves for a background check. Field service staff who are offered a company vehicle must have a clean driving history and an insurable record. New employees will remain on probation for a period of 90 days upon hiring.
