Wayne and John were troopers... it's bloody cold out and they got us all outfitted not only with a brand new main, but they even installed a new shut off valve in our front hall closet. They are my hero's!! Despite the cold and having to hand dig 4 feet of our yard which is all glacial till and a creek bed (ie: full of rocks!) - they were so nice and courteous, not to mention cheerful!! Our home was built in 1963 and is a 2700 sf rambler with original pipes. We learned some repairs were performed haphazardly and certainly not to code and poor water pressure and frequent clogs were common problems. I don’t exaggerate when I say that we have had no less than twelve plumbing companies do repairs or give estimates on our home over the 12 years we have lived here. Most took one look under our house at the narrow crawl space and wanted nothing further to do with us. We hired several plumbers only to have them fail to return calls or show up when promised. For all these reasons, we were so happy to find Bob Larson Plumbing. From the moment of the first contact, we got a friendly receptionist who assured us that we would have a plumber out for an estimate the very next day. Robert J****** arrived on schedule and as promised and although it must have been a discouraging inspection of our plumbing situation Robert was very professional and offered us an immediate and very thorough estimate. Their price was very fair given the scope of work proposed and we were relieved to finally have a plan in place. Robert and his assistant explained what to expect during the process and they were true to their word. Throughout the process, we were kept informed of the progress and Robert was relentless in assuring the job was done properly at every step. When it appeared we might need a water pump to improve pressure he came up with an alternative plan to save us money and it worked! I cannot say enough about this company and Robert Johnson in particular. So many times he has gone well above and beyond what one would expect from their plumber to ensure the job was completed to our full satisfaction. Thomas came out and made an assessment, and back a couple of days later with John. As I was in and out, Thomas explained each part of the system and I felt perfectly comfortable with the work that was done. I have a fairly complex house with multiple systems interacting and Thomas was alert to issues that could affect each and everyone from the changes made. I'm very happy with the work that was done on a very snowy day and the cleanliness of the area when finished. Our job was far from inexpensive, but he and his partner, John, had been here less than a week ago to service our tankless water heater that was 12 years old and suddenly quit giving us hot water. He had been here prior to that to diagnose the problem. To keep the story short, they spent over 2 hours here repairing the old heater and all seemed well...until the next night. Suddenly, hot water access was intermittent. This was on a Friday night, so my husband called on Saturday. Micah promptly returned his call and, after some discussion, we decided to purchase a new tankless water heater. We figured out a workaround to get by until the new one came in (2 days) and they just installed it today. While we were hoping to not have to replace the old heater, 12 years is quite a lot of time, so it wasn't a terrible shock. Even though Micah had spent quite a lot of time repairing the other one, he credited that whole invoice towards the purchase and install of our new heater, which turned what had been an unpleasant situation into a very pleasant experience. I couldn't ask for better service.“Came home to a steadily leaking water heater on a hectic Monday evening. Since I live alone and know nothing about plumbing to even mitigate the leak I didn't have a whole lot of choice but to call after hours for emergency service. The operator connected me to the on-call tech (Wayne) very quickly and after hearing the description of the problem he right away explained that it would be a lot more expensive than it should be because it was after hours and suggested I wait if possible until the following morning. Due to my own schedule and just for general peace of mind I went ahead with the service that night, and he was able to come out to my location within a half hour of our phone call. After arriving, he very quickly assessed the problem, explained exactly what he would be doing, gave me his card and an estimate, and went to work. I couldn't ask for better service, and he helped bring the price down as much as possible. I'll definitely be going back to Bob Larson when I replace the whole unit in a couple of months.”

Prompt, friendly, clean, professional, knowledgeable service.“I had Bob Larson Plumbing come out to our house for the first time yesterday and it was Bob himself. He texted me prior to being on his way for his arrival time, asking if I had any questions and then gave me a quick call 15 min before to let me know when he would be there--so helpful! Also, when I had called two days ago, she was able to get me scheduled for the next morning, but it didn't work for my schedule and since our plumbing issue wasn't an immediate threat I opted to do it two days later, but the idea that I can get my plumbing issues looked at in a timely manner was important to me. I was referred to Bob Larson Plumbing by another plumbing company that does more outside/excavation work. As far as the actual appointment went: We had an issue with our 80-gallon hot water heater not providing enough hot water. We have had two plumbers that were highly rated come and look at our water tank and neither had found the rusting or the broken valve on the expansion tank! He went about checking possible issues and found some other issues (a water expansion tank with a broken valve and a leaky rusted pipe) and charged according to a pre-prescribed charge rate. Since I know next to nothing about plumbing, this made me feel more comfortable that he wasn't just making up a price but that it was a standard rate for everyone. He was polite, friendly, clean, and possibly even Christian since he recognized my daughters Bible cards she was playing with. He kindly put the shoe covers on while in the house without being asked (I'm a bit of a germ freak so that put me at ease not having to clean up after out-side shoes even though we don't have carpet). We are looking at replacing a shower faucet to see if the valve is causing the issue and if not we will looking into possibly a tankless water heater. Bob was very detailed in my water tank options and how each works and the things we would have to do for each path, including pricing. I wrote them down to council with my husband about. I had read in other reviews about how some plumbers were disrespectful or dismissive of women and I had rather geared myself up for such a case but was absolutely at ease with Bob and his professionalism and kindness. We are doing some remodeling in the near future and hope to be able to work with him again. He was able to simply charge my credit card on his phone with one of those swipe attachments and I signed digitally and voila! Painless. After he left, I promptly received an email with the bill from his secretary. Prompt, friendly, clean, professional, knowledgeable service. It really doesn't get any better than that.
