As the founder of Bob Larson Plumbing, Bob Larson helped build the strong foundation of craftsmanship and community care that our team is known for today. Born and raised in Tacoma, Bob takes pride in having served the homes and families of the community he grew up in. His values of honesty, reliability, and doing the job right the first time continue to guide our team every day.
Robert is the owner of Bob Larson Plumbing and has been part of the company since 2016. A Journey Level Plumber, he has been in the plumbing industry since 2001, with the exception of the years he proudly served in the U.S. Army and deployed to Iraq. Originally from Southern California, Robert now calls Pierce County home. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters.
Micah, our General Manager, has been with Bob Larson Plumbing since May 2008 and started his career in plumbing in 2003. He was born and raised in Tacoma, WA. When he is not plumbing, he enjoys spending time with his wife and his son. He has several hobbies including motorcycles, video games, movies, paintball, music and belongs to a local sportsman club in Eatonville. Micah enjoys gaining knowledge through training from manufacturers and companies about the ever-evolving technology of plumbing. Companies like Uponor, Navien, Noritz, Taco, IBC, and Burnham to name a few.
Erin is the Marketing Manager Bob Larson Plumbing. Since joining the team, she’s played a key role not only in shaping BLP’s marketing and outreach, but also in streamlining operations to create smoother, more efficient systems across departments. She officially joined the BLP team in June 2024, after several years of working closely with the company as the account manager for two of its partnered digital marketing agencies. She brings over eight years of experience working in the trades and says she can’t imagine doing anything else. Erin loves the industry’s genuine, hardworking people and the shared passion for constant improvement that drives them.
In her spare time, Erin enjoys lifting heavy in the gym, personal training other women on their fitness journeys, and cheering on her kids at their sporting events. When she’s not at a game or the gym, she loves spending time with her husband and dreaming up new home projects.
Sean joined Bob Larson Plumbing in 2019 and brings a genuine passion for helping others. Originally from San Luis Obispo, California, he enjoys boating, fishing, and spending time outdoors with his wife and children. For Sean, the most rewarding part of his work is knowing he can solve a problem for someone and do it the right way.
Benjamin was born and raised here in the local community and has been part of the Bob Larson Plumbing team since 2019. He began his plumbing career in 2004 and enjoys the process of building systems from the ground up and seeing them function perfectly when the job is done. When he’s not at work, Benjamin loves spending time outdoors, hiking with his dogs and playing soccer.
David has been part of the Bob Larson Plumbing team since early 2020, and had played in hand in shaping the team’s direction and dedication to their craft. Originally from California, he proudly served in the United States Army before beginning his plumbing career. In his free time, he enjoys woodworking and building projects from scratch. For David, the most meaningful part of plumbing is being able to help someone when they truly need it.
Nathan is motivated to help his customers and eager to learn about any of the new technologies helping the industry. One of our newer plumbers to the team, he really enjoys the classes we offer on Saturdays and the hands-on aspects of our training room. On his time off he likes to go mudding and chill out in the garage working on his trucks.
Matt was born on Lewis McChord. He has been plumbing since 2021 and joined the BLP team in 2022. The thing he likes most about working here is gaining knowledge and the ability to better himself daily. Matthew likes to spend his free time playing video games and watching combat sports.
Born all the way out in Bellevue Chris made his way to Bob Larson Plumbing around October of 2022. Having been plumbing since 2020, we welcomed him and his previous knowledge into our family. Chris really appreciates how different our culture is and how everyone looks out for each other. Time off for Finch is spent playing or watching baseball, golfing, bowling, and his favorite eating.
Christopher James was born all the way out in Missouri. He has been plumbing since 2003 and just recently graced Bob Larson Plumbing with his extensive knowledge base and practical application proficiency. We are grateful to have him as part of our team. When he isn’t plumbing, he loves to cruise around on his Harley with his wife and go on walks with his friends. In the summertime you can find him dirt biking, camping, or going out for target practice.
Ben was born in Seattle and has been in the plumbing industry since 2022, but in the construction world for nearly 16 years more. He played professional baseball for a year and is a killer poker player who dabbles in video games on his time off. Ben says his favorite thing about working for Bob Larson Plumbing is the people and family like culture.
Armando, a skilled plumber with 6 years of experience, hails from sunny El Centro, California. In 2017, he made the move to Washington, where he found his passion for plumbing. His journey began at Bob Larson Plumbing in August of 2023, and we couldn’t be happier to have him. His favorite thing about working for BLP is the atmosphere and family orientated company get togethers. He says that everyone is always helpful and a team player. Beyond work, Mando’s heart belongs to his loving wife, two wonderful kids, and their adorable mini-French poodle, Cookie.
Kyle H. has been solving people’s plumbing issues since 202 and has a passion for water filtration. He graduated from PLU, where he studied history, played football for two years, and coached for two years.

Royce has been in the plumbing industry since 2019, and is proud to serve the community he grew up in. Royce loves the fact that plumbing gives him a chance to meet new people everyday, and excels in providing clear communication with his customers. But his proudest accomplishment is being a girl-dad. When not on the job, you can find him fishing, enjoying seafood and spending time with his family. Royce believes in doing the job right the first time, and we couldn’t be happier to have him on the BLP team!
David began his plumbing career in 2012, making him one of our most experienced plumbers, and joined Bob Larson Plumbing to continue helping customers with lasting solutions. With years of hands-on experience, he brings dedication and skill to every repair he takes on. In his spare time, David enjoys fishing and spending time with his family.
Amber is a valued team member at Bob Larson Plumbing, having started as a plumbing apprentice in February 2024 before transitioning to a Customer Service Representative (CSR) role. As a dedicated single mother to her son Grayson, she skillfully balances her career and family life. In her free time, Amber enjoys reading and dreams of relaxing on a beach, embodying her passion for both personal growth and quality time with her family.
Katelynn is the Dispatcher at Bob Larson Plumbing, where she skillfully manages technician schedules and makes sure every customer is taken care of quickly and efficiently. She joined the BLP team in August of 2024, bringing with her over three years of experience in the plumbing industry. When she’s off the clock, Katelynn enjoys getting lost in a good book and making magical memories at Universal Studios.
Liz is a dedicated customer service professional with a passion for helping people and creating positive experiences. She is married with four wonderful children, she values family and the importance of teamwork both at home and on the job. Outside of work, she loves spending time outdoors, whether it’s camping, dirt biking, riding motorcycles or just exploring nature with her family and their dogs. Liz believes in working hard, staying active and finding balance in life’s adventures.
Anthony has over a decade of experience in the construction industry, where he enjoys contributing to the trades. His plumbing career thrives on his attention to detail and passion. Blake has been with BLP since June of 2024. Blake comes from a line of plumbers, and in fact, works with 3 family members who are also on the BLP team! He enjoys that plumbing allows him to meet new people every day, and his strong sense of curiosity helps him quickly and efficiently find solutions to customers’ problems. In his spare time, you can catch Blake snowboarding, riding dirt bikes, golfing or watching sports.
Keegan began his plumbing career in 2022 – right out of high school – and joined Bob Larson Plumbing Team in January 2025. He enjoys fishing, spending time outdoors, and loves animals, including his French bulldog, Maddie. With a dad who was a mechanic, Keegan is mechanically inclined and brings that same hands-on skill to his plumbing work.
Johnny started his plumbing career in 2025 as an apprentice. He especially enjoys working with water heaters and loves that plumbing allows him to meet new people and make their day a little better. When he’s not on the job, Johnny enjoys fishing.
