For us, this motivation is our Christian Faith. We know that while plumbing is our business, the effect we have on others goes way beyond "just business".

We have a motto in our shop. "We want to be your PAL." That is, we are Positively Affecting Lives. You know how a badly handled plumbing problem can do just the opposite.

I also have another belief. I feel that I’m responsible to uphold the reputation of the ultimate craftsman. Like Jesus, I also work with my hands. Jesus set the standard of excellence that we measure ourselves by.

As Christians, who propose that "Jesus lives in us", we bear the responsibility to live up to the standard set by those hands.
